We intend that these Stipulations apply only to the Contract entered into by you as being a Buyer. If this is not the case, you have to inform us, to ensure we can easily offer you a distinct agreement with conditions which happen to be extra appropriate for you and which might, in some respects, be improved for you, eg by giving you rights as a co
